Mr. del Rosario is the President and Chief Executive Officer of PHINMA Corporation and the Chairman of PHINMA Education. He holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from the Harvard Business School, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and AB in Social Sciences from De La Salle College, Manila. He was named Doctor of Humanities, Honoris Causa, by Ateneo de Zamboanga University and Doctor of Laws, Honoris Causa, by the University of St. La Salle, Bacolod City. In 2018, Mr. del Rosario became the first global recipient of the “Business as a Noble Vocation” Award from the International Christian Union of Business Executives (UNIAPAC) awarded at the XXVI UNIAPAC World Congress in Lisbon, Portugal. His other affiliations include being the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Philippine Business for Education (PBEd) and Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of CARITAS Manila, Philippine Business for Social Progress (PBSP), and PHINMA Foundation, Inc.
Chito B. Salazar

Dr. Chito B. Salazar is the President and Chief Executive Officer of PHINMA Education Holdings Inc. (PEHI), the education arm of PHINMA. He is the President and Co-Founder of Philippine Business for Education (PBEd), a non-profit organization that works for education policy reform. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Ateneo de Manila University, PAMI Managed Funds, the Philippine Press Council, and the Governing Board of the Philippine Statistical Research & Training Institute. He has a Doctor of Philosophy in International Relations, Major in International Development and Development Management from the School of International Service at The American University in Washington, D.C. He holds a Master of Arts degree in International Political Economy and Development from Fordham University in New York City, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Engineering degree from the Ateneo de Manila University.

Franz is the Chief Learning Officer of PHINMA Education. His team co-designs and helps improve programs that help their students get in school, finish school, and get a job, whether they finish their schooling or not. Franz holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from Ateneo de Manila University.
